FARM PROPERTY FOR SALE BY TENDER
Sealed tenders in writing for the purchase of the property in the Municipality of Brenda-Waskada will be received by McCulloch Mooney Johnston Selby LLP as follows:

CONDITIONS OF TENDER:
1. Bids may be submitted for the entire package or on individual quarter sections. Bidders for multiple parcels should break down the amount offered for each parcel.
2. All mines and minerals will be excluded from any transfer.
3. Interested parties must rely on their own inspection and knowledge of the property. Any specific questions pertaining to the property should be directed to Gordon Rea at (204) 522-5334.
4. Tenders must be delivered to McCulloch Mooney Johnston Selby LLP by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on April 16th, 2025. Please mark on front of envelope “Rea Tender”.
5. Tenders must be accompanied by a $10,000.00 deposit cheque payable to McCulloch Mooney Johnston Selby LLP. Deposit cheques accompanying unacceptable bids will be returned.
6. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. The bidder(s) whose tender is accepted will be required to complete an Agreement covering the terms and conditions of the sale.
2. Possession and closing will be May 1, 2025.
3. The successful bidder will be responsible for all realty taxes following January 1st, 2025 (the adjustment date).
4. In addition to the deposit, the balance of the accepted tender must be paid on or before the date of closing or
evidence provided that the purchase funds will be available under conditions acceptable to the Vendor. If the
balance of the purchase price is not paid by the possession date or under such acceptable conditions, the deposit
paid shall be forfeited as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.
